Hi everyone! Please take time to read and understand the following:.
If you receive an item that is damaged due to our company's fault, you are subject to a store credit after a review of the damaged item. No refunds.
Initiating a Return
To report a damaged item, send an email using the form in the contact us section. You have 10 days from the delivery date to receive store credit. You must contact us by visiting our Contact Us page and completing the form. We will respond within 72 hours and provide an email for you to send us photo documentation of the damaged item.
-The item must be unworn, unused and unaltered condition
-The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Damage or Lost Package Policy
DROPS by Shanell LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Policy
Shipment process time should be completed within 5-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
